Please note that you have the option to unsubscribe from our communications at any time, free of charge.<\/p>\n<h4>Images and Recordings<\/h4>\n<p>We believe that promoting Events through our communication channels falls within our legitimate interest. For this reason, we take photographs and video recordings during the Events, ensuring that no individual is prominently featured. If it becomes necessary \u2013 for instance, if you are a speaker and we wish to capture your presentation or require your photo for Event scheduling \u2013 we will request your explicit consent, which you are free to revoke at any time.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Who we share your Personal Data with<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>We assure you that the collected data will be retained solely for the proper management of the Events and related purposes. The email address will be stored for a period not exceeding 24 months, unless you wish to continue receiving updates.<\/p>\n<p>The personal data collected is processed by our staff in accordance with our instructions and after receiving appropriate training to ensure the protection of your information.
