Criminal and mafia organisations often take root at a local level well before coming to light nationally or internationally. For this reason, local adverse media coverage is an essential tool for effective due diligence and for protecting the business.

Adverse Media
Designed to help you detect negative news and events linked to money laundering, terrorism, and illicit activities, including fraudulent financial activities or activities affecting human rights and the environment.
Adverse media linked to Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs) is integrated with secondary identifiers from PEP Target Worldwide™ for a comprehensive view and reduced false positives.
PEPs
Collecting data strengthened by Sovereign Wealth Funds (SWFs), State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs), and Public Sector Entities (PSEs), related to subjects who have been entrusted with a prominent public function, their family members, and their close associates.
Due to PEP access to, or influence on, public funds, they are subject to a higher risk of being involved in corruption, bribery, or other financial illicit activities.
Local Politicians
Gathering data on individuals who hold political roles in local institutions.
This group of public officers may not meet the specific definition of PEPs, but they can still gain access to, and have influence on public funds.
Sanctions
Including national and international compulsory measures issued by international organizations, state and governmental or supranational authorities, published by the United Nations (UN), the Office for Foreign Assets Control of the United States of America (OFAC), and the European Union (EU). As the Russia-Ukraine war broke out, sanctions issued by international and national authorities against Russian and Byelorussian individuals and businesses were added.
Legal & Enforcement
Gathering lists of provisions and information issued by legal and enforcement agencies and authorities such as Central Banks and Financial Regulators. This dataset includes public watchlists and warning lists connected to illegal and improper activities, such as Most Wanted and Exclusion Lists.
This also provides specific information from international journalistic investigations, such as Panama, Paradise, and Pandora Papers.
Whitelists
Compiling information published by international and national authorities (such as supervisory and regulatory authorities) regarding individuals and entities entered in specific lists that meet certain compliance requirements (e.g., accredited, licensed, or authorised to operate in particular sectors).
Sanctions Live Screening.
Stay ahead of evolving sanctions lists with Live Screening—our real-time solution that ensures you're always checking against the most current data.
Instant Payments
For Payment Service Providers (PSPs), this is critical: instant payments demand instant compliance. Static or outdated data won’t cut it—regulators expect screening to reflect the latest global updates as they happen.

Turning data into actionable intelligence
Having access to the right data is crucial — but true compliance intelligence comes from knowing how to use it. Understanding, contextualising and linking information allows you to transform raw data into meaningful insight, streamline investigations and elevate your AML operations from simple access to real decision intelligence.
Data is the foundation.
In every due diligence process, data are the cornerstone for identifying relevant datapoints and uncovering potential elements of risk. Whether it’s a politically exposed role, an adverse media event or a sanctioned entity, the quality and granularity of the underlying data determine the precision of screening and the reliability of outcomes.
From coverage to categorization.
We continuously invest in expanding coverage and refining categorization, ensuring that our datasets capture not only a global dimensions but also the local nuances that are critical in complex AML assessments. Our aim is to provide compliance professionals with structured, contextualized information that supports confident and timely decisions.
Making data linkable for real intelligence.
Beyond completeness, the real value lies in linkability — the ability to connect entities, relationships and events across multiple sources. By making our data inherently linkable, we enable users and software solutions to map networks, detect hidden connections and enhance risk profiling. This approach turns data into actionable intelligence, strengthening every stage of the compliance process.

Flexible by design
We provide a complete suite of access methods for AML screenings and monitoring processes, designed to adapt to the operational and technological needs of any client:
