The Batch Screening module enables large-scale screening of lists of individuals and entities, supporting compliance operations in high-volume contexts.
The functionality is designed to ensure efficiency, traceability and consistency of results, both as a standalone tool and when integrated with the Profile Manager.
The Batch Screening module allows mass screening of clients, counterparties and related subjects, effectively supporting high-volume AML activities.
The rapid initiation of checks and the centralised management of results simplify operational processes and significantly reduce the time required for recurring controls, while maintaining a high level of oversight and reliability.
Batch Screening provides a clear snapshot of the situation at the time of the check, allowing screening results to be frozen at a specific point in time.
This makes Batch Screening particularly valuable for traceability purposes, reconstruction of checks performed, and support of internal controls and audit activities, in line with AML governance requirements.
Operating modes.
Batch Screening can be used in different operating modes, adapting to existing AML workflows.
Standalone Batch Screening
Batch Screening can be initiated directly from the dedicated Batch Screening module, operating as an independent tool within the platform.
This approach allows autonomous management of datasets and screening runs, with results collected and consulted in a single, centralised view. It is particularly suited to large-scale, ad-hoc or periodic screening activities where speed, consistency and operational efficiency are key.
Batch Screening from the Profile Manager
Batch Screening can also be launched directly from the Profile Manager, by selecting one or more profiles or their associated entities.
In this configuration, screening activities are embedded within the profile management workflow, creating a seamless link between profiles, related entities and screening results.
This also enables users to manage outcomes directly in context, track true matches and false positives, add notes and assessments, and share information with the team, supporting structured analysis and collaborative decision-making.
